Genevieve Leonard Genevieve Leonard, a former member of the Swedish Council, passed away on May 8, 2008 at the age of 92. The Order of Worship for her memorial service noted her love of cooking. She contributed to the Swedish Council with this skill. One year she supervised the making of sausage for the Potatiskorv Dinner. It's probably misleading to say "supervised" because she worked so hard that someone expressed concern for her well-being. She will be missed by those in the Council who remember her contribution. Charles Anderson Charles Anderson, a long-time and active member of the Swedish Council, passed away December 22, 2009. He went into the hospital shortly before Lucia and I remember we missed his presence then. I know we are all sad to lose him. He had been active in many capacities for many years, but in recent years he helped out by serving coffee and cookies at Lucia. I hope his family continues carry on his legacy of active participation in the Swedish Council. David Youngberg
